After thousands of applicants applied for just four bartending spots available this summer at their lodge in Denali National Park,
Princess Wilderness Lodges hired Craid Seidel and I for the 2011 season. Although we both have pretty strong resumes, we were definitely in the right place, at the right time, and knew the right people. Regardless of how we got the job, we got it and the adventure begins May 4th with a 60+ hour drive from Breckenridge, Colorado to the base of Mt. McKinley.
We are probably going to drive the first 24 hours or so non-stop, alternating who's driving but making some stops at national parks and amazing scenery along the way.
